A 10-day online experience to settle your nervous system and reconnect with clarity, direction, and inner alignment.
Through embodied practices, we work with 9 different areas of your life to settle, reset, and create space for clarity, openness, and a deeper sense of alignment.

Reclaiming your body through expression, archetype, and ancestral wisdom.
Designed as an in-person or online workshop.
In this immersive experience, we move beyond conditioned ways of being into a deeper relationship with the body, emotion, and expression. Through rhythm, breath, and archetypal embodiment, you are invited to soften what has been held… and reconnect with a more natural, powerful way of being.
Family Constellations (Group Spaces)
Relational and ancestral work held in a shared field.
Family Constellations is a deeply insightful process that reveals the hidden dynamics within the family system. Patterns that may feel confusing or persistent often have roots beyond the individual.
Through this work, we bring awareness to what has been unseen, creating space for resolution and integration. As these patterns begin to shift, there is often a natural movement toward greater ease, clarity, and connection in life and relationships.
